Bergamot – Citrus bergamia, is an enduring small tree that blossoms during the winter.
It grows to around 5 m tall and is responsible for the flavor of the Earl Grey tea. It has big dark green leaves and white flowers shaped like a star. It bears a fragrant citrus fruit with a yellowish, greenish color similar to lime and is about the size of an orange.
